High Protein Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana & Date Shake

So Vons has a deal going on this week…10 containers of Fage Greek Yogurt for $10. Sooooo…I bought 10 and now you get this delicious high protein recipe! Once again, you probably have all these ingredients, minus the date syrup, but no biggie if you don’t because you can use honey or agave syrup to sweeten this up as well.

High Protein Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana & Date Shake * Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Your Daily Values may be higher or lower depending on your calorie needs.

  1. 1 – 7 oz container Greek yogurt (I used Fage 2%)
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 tablespoon date syrup (or honey)
  4. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  5. 1 heaping teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  6. Handful of ice
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend! Voila!
