Olive Oil Garlic Croutons | A Little Sweet Life
It’s been a little colder than usual in Southern California the past few days. And by colder I mean it went from 70 degrees to 65. I know, what a joke. We are so spoiled here, it’s crazy! But even that small change in temperature made me crave a big bowl of soup, so I made my Quick and Easy Noodle Soup and I wanted a little texture so I made these delicious garlic croutons. If you have some stale bread in the house don’t let it go to waste, make these delicious croutons. Before I even poured the soup into a bowl I think I ate half the batch of croutons. They’re even good as a little snack throughout the day and you’ll feel good about not wasting food. Forget bagel bites, pretzels, and pita chips. Just make these instead.
